International Standard Delivery (6–14 working days): FREE
International Express Delivery (3–5 working days): £20

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be picked and packed. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Please note: During peak periods or sales, delivery times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes. Our customer care team is available to assist with any shipping enquiries during these times.

When placing your order, ensure that you enter the correct shipping information during checkout, including your address and contact details.

Please make sure that you or someone you know will be present, either at a home or work address, to accept your delivery.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

If the customer refuses to pay the required customs fees and the parcel is returned to the sender, all shipping costs (including return shipping and customs clearance fees) will be deducted from any potential refund. If the return costs exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

Our main warehouse currently ships orders directly from Moldova. As import duties and taxes differ by country, these charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

U.S. customers:

Due to tariffs introduced under the Trump administration, apparel shipments from Moldova to the United States may be subject to significantly higher import duties imposed by U.S. customs.

Please do not refuse delivery. Refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund will be reduced by total delivery costs, return costs, and any import fees, duties, and/or taxes incurred on the package.

At Malliny, we do our best to deliver within the stated time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
